My Story
Katie is an operator and advisor who has spent 15 years building mission-driven organizations from early stage to national scale. She is the founder of KRL Services Group, where she advises founders and investors on operational strategy, organizational design, and scaling for impact.
Katie most recently served as CEO of KCare and Co-CEO of Radicle Health, supporting over 1,000 behavioral health and child welfare organizations across the United States and Canada with technology. She served on the board of Fonkoze USA for five years, supporting the organization's mission to break the cycle of poverty in Haiti. Her career began in international development, launching projects in Haiti with partners like the Inter-American Development Bank and TOMS. Katie holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
What draws Katie to GILC's mission is rooted in her years in behavioral health and child welfare. She saw firsthand how social connection shapes outcomes and how isolation worsens them. That experience left her with a deep conviction that addressing loneliness is foundational to any serious effort to improve health and wellbeing.
