Paurvi Bhatt is a globally recognized healthcare executive and access strategist with a proven record of driving measurable impact through innovative partnerships, strategic capital allocation, and inclusive leadership.  She is known for reimagining performance and designing inclusive care models with a focus on measurable outcome & local institutional

partnerships in the care referral pathway. She brings deep expertise in shaping public, private, and philanthropic resources to expand access to health and social services.  

 

As founder of ThirdEyeFocus and the CareWorks Fund, Paurvi advises commercial and nonprofit organizations on capital allocation strategies to expand access to care closer to home, while modernizing the care economy. Whether it is blended financing for coalitions, modernized reimbursement approaches to improve utilization, creative contracting to expand

referral chains closer to home, or community financing to ensure care at home is supported, Paurvi has expanded access with tip of the spear approaches that lead to scale. 

 

Paurvi has held C-suite and executive leadership roles at Medtronic, Abbott, Levi Strauss & Co., Medtronic Foundation, The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers, CARE USA, and USAID, where she pioneered models that redesigned the pathway  for health access and equity. Her work draws on health systems and economics training, with astute leadership and  facilitation across sectors to address history defining issues such as HIV/AIDS, women’s health, and care at home. She has led the redefinition of the “S” of ESG by consistently driving measurable impact through strategic capital, partnerships, andinclusive leadership. 

 

A second-generation Indian American and trained in public health systems and economics, Paurvi is a sought-after thought leader, speaker, and mentor. She serves on multiple boards focused on capital allocation, philanthropy, global health, caregiving, and immigrant communities, and is known for pairing lived experience with professional expertise and training.

She is a lived experience advisor and ambassador for the National Alliance for Caregiving, Caring Across Generations, WHO Commission for Social Connection, and The Foundation for Social Connection.
